Tristatevip was founded by a couple of guys who became friends through a different car enthusiast forum. These guys after spending tons of money on their rides and constant hours at regional car meets thought of the idea to create a club for mature enthusiasts like themselves. Trisatevip was established in the fall of 2006 based in NJ but with members throughout the east coast region.

The crew has started off with 20 or more members who are dedicated to making a family as well as share their love for cars.
